Georgia's Spelt Waffles

2 1/4 cups spelt flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup soda water
2 eggs
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
brown sugar to taste

Mix dry ingredients together, then add liquid ingredients. Beat well cook in waffle grill.
